FEMA is updating the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) entirely. The new rating and underwriting process is called Risk Rating 2.0. It is an entirely new program. Most states mandate you take a course such as this in order to be properly trained to offer the new Flood Insurance Product. You can check the requirement for your state here.
This course may be approved for continuing education from the California Department of Insurance or State Bar of California. If you plan to take this course for credit, it is imperative that only you give the content and take the exams.
To receive continuing education credit, you must pass the exam after watching the video with a score of 70% of higher. You may retake the exam immediately after if you do not pass.
